2 week difference between the photos. I ran out of liquid fertilizer and I remembered reading a post about urine in /r/composting. Diluted it to 10 parts water. Worked way better than I thought it would 😂

Rather drastic but yes, ammonia is good for plants. You can use all sorts of stuff to be fertilizer
Be sure to dilute it! I have a friend who didn’t dilute it, and it smelled pretty bad.
Yeah, I do this and it works. Not ashamed. It doesn’t smell because the soil & roots absorb all the pee. Just don’t pee so much that it collects in the drip tray under the plant, because then that’s gross. (If you do happen to over-pee, just carefully empty & rinse the tray and never tell anyone.)
